Please use the form below to book in. If you are booking in a number of people, please complete this booking in form for each delegate by clicking ‘Book another delegate here’ link below. (There may be some changes to the workshop line-up on the day subject to popularity.) After booking, you will be sent an invoice within a week. Please make your payment as soon as you receive this (details below).
The day costs £10 per person which covers the whole day with lunch and refreshments. You must book through this website before the event. Booking will close if we reach capacity. You will receive a confirmation email if your booking has been accepted. This will be followed by an invoice within a week of making your booking. Please pay this as soon as you receive it. You may cancel your booking before Monday 5th March by emailing Lucy.Nunn@sheffield.anglican.org and not be charged, but will be asked to pay full price if you tell us you are unable to attend after this date, or if you simply do not turn up as food will be ordered by then.
Paying by BACS:
You can make a BACS payment to account number: 54947905, sort code: 05-04-38. In the ‘reference’ field, enter your invoice number and add your initial and surname so we can track your payment, for example “100267 – A SMITH”.
Paying by cheque:
You can pay by cheque, making it payable to ‘Sheffield Diocesan Board of Finance’ (or SDBF). Please write your invoice number on the reverse and send it to Joined Up Conference, Church House, 95-99 Effingham Street, Rotherham, S65 1BL.
